An intimate vineyard ceremony in Provence
There is a particular quality of light in Provence in late June — slow, golden, forgiving — that makes you want to put the camera down and simply watch. Eloise and Henry’s wedding at Château de Tourreau had exactly that quality from the first hour.
We began with the quiet of the morning: the dress hung against old stone, a grandmother’s ring, the small rituals that anchor a day before the noise of it arrives. These are the frames couples return to years later — not the posed moments, but the in-between ones.
For couples planning a destination wedding in the South of France, my advice is always the same: build in time to do nothing. The most beautiful images come from the gaps in the schedule, not the schedule itself.
